Technical Exhibition
Companies are invited to exhibit their latest equipment, columns, consumables, services and literature in the various fields of microscale bioseparations at booths in the poster area. Conference rooms, also located in the poster area, are available for individual companies to present exclusive evening seminars about their product portfolio and services.

All prices are subject to statutory value added tax. Foreign businesses may request a refund of the VAT by applying to the Federal Tax Office, if the application is made within the prescribed time limit and the further necessary prerequisites are met.

Industrial Seminars
We will offer the possibility for exhibitors to organize an industrial seminar, scheduled in the program (duration 60 mins). The contents of an industrial seminar will be at discretion of the exhibitor. The organizers of the meeting though want the seminar to be of educational and informative nature. The cost for rent of the room will be Euro 800 (room charge only). The room has space for 30 - 40 persons. Alternatively, the seminar can be held in one of the lecture halls with a capacity of up to 200 seats. Standard audio equipment and beamers will be provided.
Advertisements in the Book of Abstracts
Advertisements in the Book of Abstracts in black and white are available at Euro 250 per page. The book of abstracts will be distributed in each conference bag. Advertisements in colour are also available; prices are on request. For advertisements in the inside of cover and back page of the book of abstracts and for classic on-line advertisements on the conference website please contact the organizer
Items in the conference bag and at the registration desk
We will add your items to the conference bag at Euro 250 per item, but all inserts have to be approved by the Organizing Committee. Brochures can be displayed at the registration desk for a fee of 300 €, but again brochures have to be approved by the Organizing Committee.
Sponsoring
Financial contributions to welcome party, farewell cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks, publication costs for the Book of Abstract and poster panels are welcome. Please contact the organizer for more information on these sponsor items
Every potential exhibitor / sponsor will be offered a package to suit their specific requirements, e.g. a sponsor can receive a combination of the above items, goods and services. The organizers will deliver proper acknowledgements on the web site, in the book of abstracts and during the symposium.
